Public Enemy meets My Bloody Valentine? Cypress Hill meets Sonic Youth? Dälek have proven that there is music being created out in this world that can draw on the best of the past and remain ten years ahead of its time. New Jerseys Dälek have collaborated with Krautrock legends Faust, Techno Animal (ex-Godflesh), Kid 606, Zu, Velma and many other varied groups. Dälek usually tour with bands that are also unclassifiable: past tours have seen them share the stage with Melvins, Prince Paul, Isis, Dillinger Escape Plan, De La Soul, Tomahawk, Techno Animal, Pharcyde, Fantomas, and DJ Spooky. They were also selected by the Mars Volta to play at their curated ATP a couple of years ago, alongside Battles, The Locust and Hella. Join us in their ONLY Midlands show and the perfect surrounding of our old Coal Vault venue.
