Distribute music globally- receive 100% royalties

I am a new artist and have just signed up with a company called Musicroy. They benefit new artists and labels and distribute our music on places such as iTunes, HMV etc. My music is going to be distributed in about 4 weeks. I also receive 100% royalties. Has anyone else put their music on there? What do you think of it?

The way I understand it, you will only get to collect your royalties if you are a member of ASCAP or BMI (in the USA anyway). We are currently looking into becoming ASCAP members ourselves and it's not all that unreasonable.
