New Guitar

I'm looking for a new guitar.

I don't want anything too expensive - we are looking to start getting some gigs lined up and I want something professional, but that I can take on gigs yano.

I was looking at the Fender Stratocaster Highway 1 guitar. Its relatively cheap at £500, and the look fits the style of the band I'm in.

Any help here guys? Is this a decent guitar to get? What else could I get for the same kinda money that you would reccomend?
