Hi

"The Global Gig and Event Archive"

A few months ago I created a new website called GigsRemembered, the idea being to build an archive of all gigs and events that have ever happened, to be built by visitors and users of the site.

Well since then, the site has been somewhat dormant and un-promoted, but now I have re-visited the project and completely rebuilt the site, added more functionality and (hopefully) made it easier for visitors to register and use.

You've all been to gigs, and played a few so hopefully you'll be interested enough to look around and let me know what you think, and maybe even archive some of the gigs you've attended, or the ones your band has played.

The site is completely free to use, and you can archive as many gigs as you want. GigsRemembered is supported by 'non-intrusive' GoogleAds' at the bottom of every page (feel free to click ).

So there you have it. Please let me have any comments, suggestions or other feedback. I think this idea for a website is pretty unique and it would be great if we could build on it.

Thanks

Paul (GigsRemembered Admin)

Thanks for the encouragement.

Some new features added to www.gigsremembered.com including 'Gig Adoption' (you'll have to visit the site to find out what that is all about ;) )

One other thing - if anyone has all there gigs in any format (word, csv etc) that they want to archive, post that on the site, or emailed it to me and I'll do the rest.
Thanks
Pa
